Shipping policy

Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your MAYAH order.

Where we ship
We currently ship to Belgium, France, Spain, and the Netherlands. If your country isn't listed, contact us at off.mayah@gmail.com and we'll let you know if we can arrange delivery.

Shipping rates
Standard shipping is €5.00. Orders of €100.00 or more ship free, automatically applied at checkout.

Delivery times
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days. Please allow extra time for order processing before your package ships, and note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances outside our control (customs, courier delays, weather, etc.).

Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at off.mayah@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
