Refund policy

We want you to love your MAYAH pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

14-day right of withdrawal (EU)
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To meet the deadline, it's enough to send your notice of return before the 14-day period has expired.

Condition of returned items
Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with any seals, tags and original packaging intact. Perfumes must be unopened and factory-sealed. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

How to start a return
Contact us at off.mayah@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll confirm your return and provide the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes, or on sale items and gift cards.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take extra time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
